The Code of Conduct for Natural Gas Marketers are the rules of the game for marketers selling natural gas in Ontario. There are no exceptions, every marketer must follow these rules.
All of Active’s sales agents and consultants are trained to follow this Code of Conduct strictly, and in many areas we exceed its requirements.
