Active Energy is a wholesale natural gas and electricity supplier, which has been committed to building a sustainable environment in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec and Saskatchewan since 2005. 2012 has been an exciting year for Active, as we are expanding into new markets.
In the east, Active has provided their services to larger clients that include hospitals, school boards, and large retail chains. We pride ourselves on being a professional, up-front, and competitive energy marketer. Our focus is on providing an exceptional level of service and customization that sets us apart from our competition. We aim to extend these characteristics which have contributed to our success in the wholesale market, to new business opportunities both with smaller commercial and residential clients.
Active Energy markets gas to residential and commercial customers in Ontario. We are different from Enbridge, Union and the City of Kitchener (your Ontario gas utilities), because when you sign up with Active, your rates won't change from month to month, and the cost of your gas will stay the same for the length of your contract. Monthly bill statements from the utility will be distributed like always and your method of payment will stay consistent. The only change you will notice, is that you are locked into a fixed pricing agreement, which is a comforting thought in today's volatile energy market.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct for Energy Marketers is considered to be the rules of the game for marketers selling energy in Ontario. There are no exceptions to these regulations and every marketer must be in compliance with these rules.
All of Active's sales agents and consultants are trained to follow the Code of Conduct strictly, and in many areas Active exceed its requirements. We are committed to fair and open business communication, and endorse the Code of Conduct and its enforcement.
